Annual shearing yeilds approximately 3-4 lbs of prime fiber per adult alpaca • Fiber requires limited to no scouring

     Raw Fiber & Finished Products Committee Mission: to build public awareness and demand for alpaca
     fiber by encouraging member to improve the fiber they produce and educating members on the options
     for producing finished products
