* We just received notice that this segment has been postponed. Currently, it looks like it will air on Thursday of this week. We will post updates on social media as we learn more information.

CBS This Morning to feature segment
about Alpaca Industry!

As many of our members have heard, CBS sent a crew to Nebraska a few weeks ago to interview both myself and Sheri Jacoby from Alpacas of the Heartland, LLC. Interview questions centered around our response to the erroneous claims made by Senator Flake of Arizona.

In addition to the interviews in Nebraska, CBS producers were intending to speak with Senator Flake. As with any media coverage, once the interviews are complete we cannot control what they choose to air and are uncertain how the story will be reported. Regardless of the story told by CBS, we want you to be aware it is coming and the information we provided focused on the businesses our members run.

CBS will be running the segment
May ??, 2017, during CBS THIS MORNING!

We are optimistic that CBS will tell the story of our amazing alpaca owners all over North America. We will be tuning in to watch and hopefully sharing a great segment by CBS that shines a positive light on the alpaca industry.

Your ongoing support addressing this issue with Senator Flake has been noticed and is appreciated. On behalf of our board of directors and staff, we thank you for your hard work every day to promote the North American alpaca industry.
