Buck Brook Alpacas is a family-run farm started in 2013. The farm was started for several reasons but the main reason was our love of animals.
We were looking for a semi-retirement business and discovered alpacas.
When we originally came into this industry in 2012, the choice was mostly based on what we considered to be quality of life considerations. Looking back on that decision, we could not have been more right!
Our first interest in the alpaca is for their proper care and the advancement of the breed; and you will find us more than willing to share our knowledge toward that cause.

Alpaca livestock sales, breeding, mentoring, fiber sales and products.
It all started because my poor husband spent hours and hours mowing our five acre tract. We just had to do something! Then we saw a piece on Animal Planet about alpacas.
As both a weaver and knitter, fiber and textiles have been a part of my life for over 30 years. The search for quality yarns drew me to an interest in raising fiber-producing animals.
