Deadline to register for a Vendor Booth is June 7, 2021.

The Natural Fiber Extravaganza powered by Alpaca Owners Association (AOA) is located right outside of Nashville, Tennessee, an upcoming fashion destination with its own fashion week and a leading employer in the fashion industry. What better place to promote natural fiber!

The Natural Fiber Extravaganza will bring in people from across the country to attend this unique three-day educational event featuring the AOA National Fleece Show, educational seminars, hands-on workshops, and a marketplace with a wide variety of products.

The public can register to attend a hands-on workshop to gain experience in the fiber arts, view live demonstrations throughout the marketplace, catch one of the fashion shows featuring products made from natural fiber, relax in the fiber arts lounge and work on a project, or take a selfie with an alpaca.

Vendor booths are very economical and come in a variety of sizes to fit different needs. All vendors will be listed on our website and in the show book. Additional advertising in the show book is also available along with show sponsorships. Download the vendor application and return to Alpaca Owners Association to sign up for this event. Contact the Vendor Coordinator with any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations received on or prior to June 6, 2021, will be honored minus a 10% fee. No refunds for cancellations will be made after June 7, 2021.

Vendor Check-in
  • $200 fine charged for every 15 minutes for any vendor remaining in building after hours on check-in days.
  • Vendors are prohibited from setting up late or leaving early without show management permission. Doing so will result in a minimum fine of $100.
