Endangered Wool – Romeldale/CVM Sheep

Have you heard of Romeldale sheep? Perhaps you know them as CVM? Did you know that they are an endangered, American heritage breed? Romeldale/CVM sheep are one of over 20 breeds of sheep currently on the Livestock Conservancy's list of endangered breeds. Romeldale/CVM sheep are also one of the breeds in the Shave 'em to Save 'em program.

Come learn about the Romeldale/CVM breed: the history, the fiber, the patterns, and the day to day aspect of the Romeldale/CVM sheep. Gather information on the Shave 'em to Save 'em program and collect your first passport sticker along with 4 oz. of Romeldale/CVM wool to work with.
