Experience

I have had a young man work with me on my farm. At this time he was a high school student.

Expectations

The family will need to provide transportation to and from my farm. The youth will need to wear clothing that will get dirty and appropriate footwear is comparable to muck boots. There is no smoking and dogs are not allowed on the property except those belonging to the farm owner. The youth must be on time. If they need to cancel a session 24 hours notice is requested. Farm work is done if it is pouring rain, it's hotter than all get out or sub-zero temperatures.

Transportation Provided to Alpaca Shows

Additional Information

AOA shows require overnight in a hotel. I am very happy to have a youth show my alpaca but a parent must accompany the youth to the show and be responsible for hotel lodging for themselves and their child.
