Experience

I started the Alpaca & Llama 4-H Club of Loudoun County 6 years ago and have been the leader in offering education. Education offered is halter training, showing in showmanship and performance. Herd health, fecal analysis, and more.

Expectations

Youth who work with our alpacas and llamas need to commit to at least 10 practice/learning sessions prior to showing at an AOA or 4-H show. A release of liability will be provided and required to be signed by the parent or guardian of the youth mentored by Double 8 Alpaca & Llama Ranch.

Additional Information

Parents will need to accompany the youth to practices, work on the farm, and shows.
