Your registration is not complete until you upload your paperwork to the show registration site and complete your payment.
The CVI shall include each alpaca’s name, microchip ID number, location of the microchip, and BVDV information. This will help for a smoother and faster check-in.

Cancellations made after February 21, 2025, are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations received on or before February 21, 2025, will be issued following the event and will be subject to a $50 per stall processing fee.

Regular pricing is $550 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.
Business and Corporate Members receive discounted pricing at $450 per 10' x 10' exhibit space. Membership must be renewed before completing the vendor application to receive this pricing.
