Your registration is not complete until you upload your paperwork to the show registration site and complete your payment.

Important CVI Notice

The CVI shall include each alpaca’s name, microchip ID number, location of the microchip, and BVDV information. This will help for a smoother and faster check-in.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be made for cancellations after February 15, 2024. Cancellation refunds will be processed following the show. Refunds for stall cancellations received on or before February 15, 2024, will be charged a $50 per stall fee.

The deadline to register for a Vendor Booth and be included in the National Show Book is February 12, 2024.

Regular pricing is $550 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.

Business and Corporate Members receive discounted pricing at $450 per 10' x 10' exhibit space. Membership must be renewed before completing the vendor application to receive this pricing.
