Color Coat Testing Update
We wanted to share an update on the new color coat testing initiative.
Our team continues to work closely with DDC to complete the validation process. We are committed to ensuring the testing meets the high standards of accuracy and reliability our members and their animals expect. Throughout this process, AOA has acted in good faith, moved as efficiently as possible, and focused on delivering a dependable, long-term solution.
DDC is targeting a second-quarter rollout, and we are actively pushing for an April launch. Accuracy remains our top priority, and we will not cut corners. Taking additional time now is preferable to releasing a tool that does not fully support members or their breeding programs.
We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and trust as we bring this important tool forward. We know many members have been waiting, and we are working to ensure the final product is worth that wait.
