Enter Your Fiber Artwork in the AOA National Fleece Show

Enter your craft in the 2021 AOA National Fleece Show for display, judge feedback, and awards.

Your items may be woven, felt, knit, crochet, lace or a combination and can include the following categories:

  • Accessories: Gloves, hats, socks, slippers, purses or other small wearable items
  • Shawls and scarves
  • Garments: Sweaters, jackets, dresses, vests or complete outfits
  • Hearth & Home: Art and toys; Home furnishings (rugs, pillows, afghans, wall hangings, containers, etc.)

The competition is further broken down to categories of 100% hand work/construction or use of commercially spun yarn and/or machine knit, woven or felted or less than 100% hand felted. Artists can compete as a beginner, intermediate or advanced artist. Each entry is $30.

One requirement—your item must consist of 50% or more alpaca fiber.

The deadline for entry is June 21. Mail-in entries must arrive by July 5, and drop-off entries can be received at the Farm Bureau Expo Center on Wednesday, July 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. More details can be found at www.FiberExtravaganza.com.

That’s IT! You don’t have to be a member to participate, you just need to show your artistry with 50% alpaca! If you are not an AOA member, you may enter using these two documents:
