Eagle Eye Farm | Wisconsin

AOA Gold Benefactor

Decades of service in the medical field and a thirst for a new adventure led Dawn and Kerri to explore a "second chapter" opportunity in life. The desire to acquire a few "pet" alpacas led us to our first show alpaca and the fuse was lit. Established in 2018, Eagle Eye Farm began in Duluth, Minnesota. A desire to expand and engage the public in interacting with alpacas through tours and education led us to move to beautiful River Falls, Wisconsin, just 40 minutes outside Minneapolis. Six alpacas quickly led to twenty along with a menagerie of other animals: Valais Blacknose Sheep, Mini Highland Cattle, Kune Kune pigs, and an eclectic group of chickens.

We now raise award-winning alpacas and are continuing to strive to always advance the species not only in phenotype and fleece but also in temperament. We also up-breed Valais Blacknose sheep which also stock our beautiful store, All Things Sheared, with beautiful fiber products, yarn, and other fiber-related products. Tours for the public, along with a variety of summer camp programs and other educational programs, allow us to be ambassadors of the alpacas. We also craft honey, natural beeswax candles, and a natural skincare line from our apiary, Soaring Bee Apiary.

It's a busy life, but we can honestly say we love what we do every day. We are excited to see where this journey takes us!
