- March 15, 2022 — Deadline for requesting a sponsoring farm to be made by the instructors
- April 18, 2022 — Deadline for postmark of entries and fees
- May 2022 — Judging of entries, notification of finalists
- June 2022 — Placements of all entries sent to instructors
- July 16, 2022 — Online awards presentation
- September 2022 — All entries with SASE will be returned with scorecards and placements
