Vendor Information

Vendors will be assigned to the best location available, as perceived by show management, on a first-come, first-served basis, after the application and payment is received.

Each exhibit space is 10' x 10' with 3' side rails. One skirted table, two chairs, and electric will be provided per space. If you require electric, you must indicate that on the vendor application.

Coast to Coast is the decorator for the National Show. If you need additional tables, chairs, or accessories, download their Services Manual, which includes deadlines and fees. Coast to Coast also provides shipping and receiving.

Packages can be received at the National Western Complex starting March 11, 2019. If you are shipping to the facility it is very important you address it correctly, as shown below.
