Vendor Information

Vendors will be assigned to the best location available, as perceived by show management, on a first-come, first-served basis, after the application and payment is received.

Each exhibit space is 10' x 10' with 3' side rails. One skirted table and two chairs will be provided per space. Electric is available.

Additional advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available.

To receive Association Member pricing, you must renew and pay for your membership before completing the vendor application.

Vendor Cancellation Policy

No refund will be made for cancellations after February 22, 2021. Cancellation refunds will be processed following the show. Refunds for booth cancellations received on or prior to February 22, 2021, will be charged a $50 handling fee.

COVID Policy

All exhibitors, vendors, staff, and public will be required to wear a mask at all times while indoors at any Alpaca Owners Association event. Social distance recommendations, maintaining at least 6 feet of distance, should be followed when possible. CDC guidelines will be followed.

At this time we don’t expect a problem with allowing public at the National Show. Vendors will be contacted If we feel there's a danger that the public will not be allowed due to a government mandate.

If AOA were forced to close the show to the public, vendors who withdraw from the show will receive a full refund of booth fees minus a $50 handling fee. No print or media advertising will be reimbursed.

The deadline to register for a Vendor Booth and be included in the National Show Book is February 22, 2021.

Regular pricing is $650 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.

Association Members receive discounted pricing at $550 per 10' x 10' exhibit space. Membership must be renewed before completing the vendor application to receive this pricing.
